Macquarie, Goldman Sachs to invest in Waste Industries USA

An investor group including Macquarie Infrastructure Partners and Goldman Sachs has agreed to acquire waste disposal company Waste Industries USA. The total equity value of the transaction, including the investment to be made by the investor group, is valued at approximately $544m.
