MBF Healthcare to acquire Critical Homecare Solutions for $420m

MBF Healthcare Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition vehicle managed by private equity firm MBF Healthcare Partners has agreed to acquire Conshohoken, Pennsylvania-based home infusion therapy company Critical Homecare Solutions Holdings, from Kohlberg & Company, for $420m.
