KKR joins forces with Bertelsmann media group in music rights venture

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co has teamed up with German media group Bertelsmann in a joint venture to develop a music rights management business, which will incorporate Bertelsmann’s BMG Rights Management unit.
