Private equity firm InterMedia Partners resurrects folded hip hop mag Vibe

A group led by InterMedia Partners, a US media-focused private equity firm, and its luxury magazine publisher portfolio company Uptown Media has purchased the assets of Vibe and Vibe.com for an undisclosed sum.
