Istanbul-based RHEA Investments, a private investment and asset management firm with interests in real estate, healthcare, renewable energy and agriculture, has purchased a controlling stake in Vakif Venture Capital Investment Trust, an Istanbul Stock Exchange-listed joint stock company.
