RHJI acquires UK wealth manager Kleinwort Benson from Commerzbank for £225m

Belgian investment firm RHJ International has acquired Kleinwort Benson, a UK provider of private banking and wealth management services from Commerzbank for £225m (€245.7m). The deal includes Kleinwort Benson’s banking arm and its Channel Islands holding company.
