CD&R parks British Car Auctions in portfolio

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) has acquired automobile reseller British Car Auctions from Montagu Private Equity. Neither party has disclosed the size of the deal, but earlier reports hinted that it could reach £400m (€443.7m).
