KKR named as buyer for stake in helicopter business Inaer

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co has been named as the buyer of a minority stake in Spanish helicopter fleet business Grupo Inaer from southern European private equity firm Investindustrial, in a deal with a total enterprise value of €700m.
