Asian HSBC Private Equity Fund 3 closes on $700m

HSBC Private Equity (Asia) has closed its HSBC Private Equity Fund 3 after receiving commitments of $700m. The fund will invest in mid-market Asian companies, with a primary focus on China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand.
