Industri Kapital sells Swedish Arca Systems to Stirling Square

Pan-European mid-market private equity firm Stirling Square Capital Partners has acquired Sweden's Arca Systems, a producer and provider of plastic-based material handling systems, from Nordic buy-out firm Industri Kapital for approximately E190m.
