Zurich-based private equity firms Zurmont Management and Madison Management are to be merged on 1 September 2006. The new firm, Zurmont Madison Management, intends to raise a CHF200m private equity fund (approximately €127m), which will focus on succession solutions and management buy-outs in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
