CEE-focused private equity firm Mid Europa Partners, global investment bank Lehman Brothers and Al Bateen Investment Co., an investment holding company based in Abu Dhabi, have acquired 100 per cent of Radiokomunikace (CRa) and 39.2 per cent of T-Mobile Czech Republic. The transaction will be partly funded with senior and mezzanine debt financing of €750m, in addition to a substantial equity contribution from the sponsors.
